So finally, my torture is over. Exams are finished! Yay time!
And even better, I am now spending the next two weeks on holidays! Happy times
So I got through my exams, and have even got some results back already.
I was so worried about Ancient History, even more so, when one of my classmates parents was talking to me at band (they're all musical - I'm slightly jealous of a musical family, but anyway) and said, well its between you and my son to get dux of the subject. I was like what!? I'm going to sound like the biggest snob here, but I have only lost like 3 marks in total this year through assessments, I got 100% in my halfyearly marks (along with two other people might I add) and this person did not get 100%. So there was really about 3 people he had to beat to get dux. So I still don't know if I got it (fingers crossed) but I am estactic because
1. I got an awesome mark in my exam (49/50)
2. I beat him :)
My other exams I'm not too sure about. I got 4th in Maths, which I was really happy with, but I kind of bombed in Ext. Maths - (7th) - I was sooo happy with music, cause I really suck at the theoretical side, and I came 2nd!! Out of 3 mind you, but me and Laura were so happy, cause we beat Kieran!!! Woo.
So I've been away on hols for the last few days, spending it with people I've grown up with, but only get this weekend to spend with them. Long story short, my parents used to drive tour buses in Europe with a company called Vikings (like Contiki but less known), and the whole gang they worked with meet once a year to play golf, get drunk and have a good time. They're a really fun group of people and us kids are all really close, so we always have heaps of fun. But what really sucks is I woke up this morning sick, which is gay because now I feel horrible, and had to travel the whole way home (6 hours give or take) not breathing and throat burning.
So considering I'm feeling pretty awful, I'd say this is reasonably lengthed entry here, so I'll quit whilst I'm ahead.
Until next time.
